Franklin Together Collaborative

Partners

Creating a community where all people thrive simply can't be done by one organization or individual.  It takes all of us working together to solve the big issues.  Assisting returning citizens transition successfully from the corrections system back into the community is one of those opportunities that require a group of committed individuals and partners from the faith community, social and health care services,  government, education and business.  It's an amazing opportunity to be part of the solution.  To be part of strengthening our community.  To make a significant difference in the world our children will grow up in.

Please join us - we are always looking for great partners!

Reentry Coalition Involvement Agreements

In order to be a partner in Franklin Together, our Franklin County Reentry Coalition, we ask that your organization complete a Coalition Involvement Agreement (CIL).  This agreement enables both the coalition and the partner to be clear about expectations.  All applications are approved by the Franklin Together Advisory Committee and once approved the partner is added to our roster and website.
