Employment Options Database

The Franklin Together Reentry Coalition, part of an initiative of South Central Community Action Program (SCCAP), is gathering information about employment practices and providing information about opportunities available and information about hiring working age individuals with criminal records.

We are working to address barriers to employment by reaching out to local employers and business owners, compiling information about open positions, hiring practices and providing them with useful information. Through our conversations, we are creating a database of employers that support our mission that we will share with caseworkers and clients throughout the area.
