The Franklin Together leadership team consists of thirteen sectors and five subcommittee/task force chairs that work and/or live in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The coordination of the Coalition is overseen and managed through South Central Community Action Programs (SCCAP) through their Chambersburg, Pennsylvania office location.
